Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy follows the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Where this policy conflicts with the law, the law prevails.
1. Paid currency “woon”
Paid content is unlocked with woon, spent in units. Because woon is consumed piece by piece, it is divisible digital content, and unspent woon counts as content not yet delivered.
2. Refunds
2.1 Purchased on the web

⚠️ Woon already spent is not refundable — that content has been delivered.
2.2 Purchased in the app (App Store · Google Play)
Billing, cancellation and refunds follow each store’s policy. Please contact the store directly. We do not hold your store payment details and cannot reverse those charges ourselves.
2.3 Woon received for free
Woon given through events, bonuses, gifts or coupons is not refundable.
3. Minors
A purchase made by someone under 19 without their legal guardian’s consent may be cancelled (Korean Civil Act art. 5), regardless of the 7-day window above.
4. How to request
Use Settings → Contact in the app or web with your payment date and order number. We respond within 3 business days.
5. If the service closes
Remaining paid woon will be refunded as announced in the closure notice.
